Natalie Ex is a Creative Business and Independent Artist who exists online to share her creations for viewing and to spread good vibes through Instagram and her website. This is in no way an invitation to access all aspects of her online life.

There’s been a significant increase in people who treat any online profile on any platform as content / commodity without consideration to the person behind the page. I’m grateful that most people are respectful of my personal space, but it’s unfortunately got to a point where I have to be firm about what’s ok and what’s not.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. The price of the item will be refunded if the item is returned in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Payments made on this website are fully secure. The payment will be made through a secure page on Squarespace and processed by PayPal, or if you choose to pay by credit card, Stripe.

The lock icon that you see at the top of the page (to the left of the web address) indicates that the website you are on is secure and that the payment details you enter are private. This goes for all websites so I recommend making sure that there is a lock icon when entering details on other websites.

There are no hidden fees. Taxes are included. Transaction fees for Squarespace, Paypal and Stripe are my responsibility and you will not be charged for this.
