Meet Natalie Ex, formerly known as Excelle, a professional DJ with a unique blend of Kiwi and Japanese heritage. For the past two decades, she has been passionately exploring the fusion of various musical genres.

With a deep-rooted affection for 80s and 90s nostalgia and electronica, Nat’s sets are a delightful journey through time, offering a fresh perspective on UK garage and jungle, reminiscing her origins from New Zealand's breakbeat scene. Additionally, her lounge bar sets are a harmonious mix of city pop, rnb, disco, house music and new wave showcasing her diverse taste and love for music.

Beyond her accomplished DJ career, Nat is a skilled Graphic Designer and Illustrator, which influences the way she approaches each performance. Drawing inspiration from the unique atmosphere of each venue and the energy of her audience, she effortlessly crafts the perfect collage of songs best suited for each special music brief.

Whether she's providing a relaxed, down-tempo lounge set or keeping the dance floor alive all night long, Natalie's versatility and comfort in various musical settings make her a sought-after DJ. Her true passion lies in sharing her vast knowledge of obscure music while keeping her sets inclusive and enjoyable, mixing in fun, sing-along jams, and classic tunes.
